people take a resolution to change themselves for good and set new goals to
achieve. Some people start new work. We plan new actions to improve our lives.

Bad Things about new years eve:
Some ingest excess alcohol on this auspicious day, which may end
in quarrels, and this may cause accidents.
We may enjoy New years day without alcohol and with control.
Quarter days: The days that begin each quarter of the year. These days, rents
should be paid, and houses or lands entered upon or quitted.
